During the same week as the PWC in the US, the best French pilots competed in their National Championship without having the same weather conditions as in the other side of the Atlantic. After two tasks in Chablais Faucigny, Niviuk pilot Jean Marc Caron placed second overall with his Icepeak 4 NS. Elisa Houdry, reigning world Champion finished third in the women competition.
